Enchanted Artisan is the parent company of Mystic Charms and other associated brands. All products, transactions, and services are operated and fulfilled by Enchanted Artisan.

1. Overview
This website and all products are operated by Enchanted Artisan (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Enchanted Artisan manufactures and sells handmade goods under various brands, including but not limited to Mystic Charms.
By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Products
Enchanted Artisan offers handmade products including, but not limited to:
Candles
Bath & body products
Leather goods
Custom and specialty items
Due to the handmade nature of our products:
Variations in colour, scent, grain, texture, and finish may occur
Natural materials may display inherent markings and differences
Product images are for illustrative purposes only
We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Product Use & Safety
Candles
Candles are open-flame products and must be used responsibly in accordance with provided safety instructions.
Bath & Body Products
Products are intended for external use only unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and performing patch tests prior to full use.
Leather Goods
Leather items must be cared for appropriately. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper storage, exposure to moisture, or misuse.
Enchanted Artisan shall not be liable for misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions.
4. Medical / Natural Product Disclaimer
Products sold by Enchanted Artisan and its brands, including Mystic Charms, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Statements regarding natural ingredients have not been evaluated by regulatory authorities unless explicitly stated.
Customers are responsible for:
Reviewing ingredient lists
Performing patch tests
Consulting healthcare providers if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing medical conditions
We are not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from product use.
5. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Customers are responsible for currency conversion fees imposed by their financial institution.
6. Taxes & International Orders
Canadian Orders
Applicable GST/HST/PST will be charged in accordance with Canadian law.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges. Enchanted Artisan is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by foreign authorities.
7. Shipping & Risk
Shipping timelines are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety considerations:
Bath & body products are final sale.
Leather Items to be worn against skin (ie. bracelets, necklaces, etc.) are final sale.
Used items are not eligible for return
Damaged or defective items must be reported within [7] days of delivery with supporting photographs.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit are issued at our discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
9. Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders require written approval prior to production.
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed.
Custom orders are final sale unless defective.
Customers are responsible for verifying all spelling, measurements, and specifications prior to approval.
10. Wholesale Terms
Wholesale accounts require approval.
Minimum order: $1,000.00
Payment due prior to shipment
Products must be sold under the Enchanted Artisan or Mystic Charms brand
Products may not be altered, relabeled, or repackaged without written consent
Third-party marketplace sales (Amazon, Etsy, Facebook, etc.) require written permission
Wholesale orders are final sale unless defective. Claims must be submitted within [5] days of delivery.
We reserve the right to revoke wholesale status at our discretion.
11. Professional-Use Disclaimer
Any esthetician, spa, retailer, or commercial entity using our products in services does so at their own risk.
Professional Users are responsible for:
Suitability assessments
Patch testing
Regulatory compliance
Maintaining proper insurance
Enchanted Artisan disclaims liability for claims arising from professional application or resale.
Professional Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enchanted Artisan and its brands, including Mystic Charms, from related claims.
12. Workshops & Events – Waiver
Participation in workshops, classes, or events is voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including working with hot materials, tools, or fragrance oils.
Participants assume full responsibility for injury, allergic reactions, property damage, or loss arising from participation.
We are not liable for personal injury or damages.
Participants under the age of majority must have parental or guardian consent prior to the event or workshop beginning.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, product names, branding, text, images, and materials are the property of Enchanted Artisan and its associated brands, including Mystic Charms.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
14. Ingredient Transparency
Ingredient lists are provided to the best of our knowledge at the time of production.
Natural ingredients may vary batch to batch. “Natural” does not mean hypoallergenic.
Products may be produced in environments where allergens are present.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and determining suitability.
15. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada:
All products are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties.
Enchanted Artisan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enchanted Artisan, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and brands (including Mystic Charms) from claims arising from misuse, modification, resale, or regulatory violations.
Nothing herein excludes liability where prohibited by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
